About Downtown Dubai

Downtown Dubai is the city’s showpiece district, built by Emaar around Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall and the Dubai Fountain. Apartment towers line Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, with Dubai Opera, the Souk Al Bahar waterfront, cafés and small parks within walking distance.

Homes and buyers

Almost every home is an apartment, from the low-rise Old Town buildings with their Arabian architecture to towers with Burj Khalifa and fountain views, plus branded residences such as Address. Buyers include people who want a central address and investors who let furnished homes to business and holiday visitors; both ready resales and Emaar’s new launches are active.

Getting around

Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro station is on the Red Line, Sheikh Zayed Road runs along the western edge, and Business Bay and DIFC are next door. Dubai International Airport is usually 15 to 20 minutes away by car outside rush hour.
