This policy explains what personal information SevenFold Real Estate Brokers LLC (“Sevenfold”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit sevenfoldrealestate.ae, contact us, or use our brokerage and property management services, and what we do with it. We handle personal data in line with the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and the rules that apply to real estate brokers in Dubai.

Who we are

SevenFold Real Estate Brokers LLC is a real estate brokerage registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) under ORN 33127, with Dubai trade licence 1124845. Our office is on Oud Metha Road, Umm Hurair 2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We decide how your personal data is used, and we are responsible for it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry on our website: your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), what you are looking for, your message and the project or property you asked about. With it we record the page you sent it from, your device’s time zone (so we call at a sensible hour) and, if you followed a link from another website or an advert, the name of that website or campaign.
When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp: your phone number or email address, your name if you share it, and what you tell us.
When you buy, sell, rent, let or ask us to manage a property: the details needed for the transaction and to meet our legal duties, such as a copy of your Emirates ID or passport and visa, your contact details, details of the property and its title or tenancy and, where the law requires it, information about the source of funds.
When you browse the website: like most websites, our servers record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time, so that the site can be run securely and problems can be fixed. If analytics or advertising tools are switched on (see Cookies below), they collect similar information about how the site is used.

Please do not send us sensitive information, such as health details or bank card numbers, through the website.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and send you what you asked for, such as availability, price lists, payment plans and floor plans.
To arrange viewings and meetings, and to act for you in a purchase, sale, rental or property management agreement.
To carry out the identity and anti-money-laundering checks that UAE law requires of real estate brokers, and to register transactions and tenancies with the Dubai Land Department, RERA and Ejari.
To send you news of launches and properties that match what you told us, only if you have asked us to. You can stop these at any time.
To keep the website secure, understand which pages are useful and improve them.
To keep proper business records, and to establish or defend legal claims.

Our legal grounds

We use your personal data where you have agreed to it (for example, by ticking the box on our enquiry form), where it is needed to take steps you have asked for or to carry out an agreement with you, or where the law requires it. Where we rely on your agreement, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only when needed for the purposes above:

Developers, sellers, landlords, buyers, tenants and their agents, when you ask us to act on a property, and only what is needed for that property.
Government bodies and regulators, including the Dubai Land Department, RERA and Ejari, and courts, police or other authorities when the law requires it.
Service providers who work for us under our instructions: our website and database host, our email provider, and the messaging services you choose to contact us on (such as WhatsApp, which is run by Meta). They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
Banks, mortgage advisers and conveyancers, only with your agreement.
Professional advisers such as lawyers and auditors, who are bound to keep it confidential.
A buyer or successor of our business, if Sevenfold is ever reorganised or sold, under the same protections as this policy.

Storage outside the UAE

Our website and the enquiries sent through it are hosted on servers outside the UAE, currently in the United States, and some of our service providers may store data in other countries. When personal data is transferred abroad, we use providers that protect it to a standard consistent with UAE law, through their security measures and contractual commitments.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to business: up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Transactions, agreements and identity checks: for as long as UAE law requires. For anti-money-laundering records this is at least five years after the transaction or the end of our relationship.
Technical website logs: for a short period, usually a few weeks.

After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

Enquiries are stored in a password-protected system that only authorised Sevenfold staff can open, and the website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We limit access to the people who need it for their work, and we expect our service providers to protect data with the same care. No system is completely secure, so please contact us straight away if you think your information has been misused.

Your rights

Under UAE law you can ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and give you a copy;
correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete;
delete your data, where we no longer need to keep it;
limit or stop how we use it, including for marketing;
send your data to you or to another organisation in a commonly used format, where this applies.

To make a request, email us at hello@sevenfoldrealestate.ae. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office. If you live outside the UAE, you may also have rights under your local law, and we will respect them where they apply.

Marketing messages

We only send you property updates if you have asked for them. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can tell us by WhatsApp, phone or email at any time to stop calls or messages.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website does not need cookies to work for visitors. It uses:

A note of where you came from: when you arrive, the site keeps the name of the website or campaign that sent you in your browser’s session storage. It stays in that browser tab, is cleared when you close it, and is sent to us only if you submit an enquiry.
Analytics and advertising, when switched on: we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel to measure our adverts on Facebook and Instagram. These set their own cookies and collect information such as the pages you visit and your device, which Google and Meta process under their own privacy policies.
Sign-in for our staff: the site’s administration area uses a cookie to keep our team signed in. It is not used on public pages.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, please tell us and we will delete them.

Other websites

Our pages link to other websites, such as Property Finder, developers’ websites, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
