Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower brings a name tied to more than a century of landmark commercial buildings in New York to Dubai for the first time. Developed by LMD, with exclusive sales by Devmark, the tower rises 87 floors and 372 metres on Sheikh Zayed Road, on the stretch between DIFC, Downtown Dubai and Business Bay.
Its 332 Grade A offices are freehold and come in five sizes: individual Core, Medium and Premier offices from 1,077 sq ft on floors 15 to 57, half floors from 5,887 sq ft higher up, and full floors from 11,541 sq ft on levels 71 to 80. Depending on the side of the tower, offices look over Sheikh Zayed Road and the sea, Business Bay, or the Burj Khalifa and Downtown.
Five levels are given over to amenities in the style of a hotel. Levels 13 and 14 hold a spa with ice, sauna and steam rooms, a padel court, an infinity pool with cabanas, a juice bar, a gym and a studio.
